The agreement
By creating an account or using AI Color Engine, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account use
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Don’t share credentials.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload images you don’t have the right to use, including images of other people without consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse the rate-limited AI generation, image upload, or save endpoints.
- Use the AI generation features to produce content that violates Google’s usage policies for the underlying model.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without explicit written permission.
- Resell access to your account or the service.
Credits, billing, and refunds
- Some AI features consume credits. Free-tier users receive a daily allowance; paid credit packs are sold separately.
- Credits expire 180 days after the last successful purchase. Bonus / promotional credits may have shorter expiry.
- Refunds are issued for technical failures attributable to us. Charge-backs for refunds processed via Stripe / PayPal can revoke the corresponding credits from your balance.
Your content
You retain ownership of palettes, gradients, scales, brand kits, and uploaded images. You grant us a limited license to store and process them for the purpose of providing the service. Public links extend that license to the recipients you choose.
AI-generated output
Palettes, gradients, and other content generated by the AI features are derived from your prompt and are provided as-is. We make no representation that any AI output is original, accurate, or fit for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying that AI-generated content is suitable for your use case.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Vercel, Google AI), and rate limits may temporarily restrict access.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you lose access to stored palettes.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
